About Lauren
Laurèn has enjoyed the study and practice of Yoga for twelve years. She has studied at UCR under Peg Clive, in India with Nithyananda, and at Western Yoga College with Scott Miller. Laurèn embraces the variety of Yoga styles wholeheartedly and practices Kundalini Yoga faithfully. Laurèn received her Associates of Science and Associates of Arts from Riverside Community College, and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Administration from Cal Baptist University. Lauren is also a Certified First Aid and CPR Instructor, Certified Zumba anr R.I.P.P.E.D Instructor and a Certified Notary Public, and an Independent Distributor for IT Works Body Wraps. Through a steady yoga practice, Laurèn has discovered the personal challenging of working with and loving one's own body. Yoga has allowed her to connect the body and the mind, the spirit and the breath, and understand peace.
