Principels of Alignment
The Universal Principles of Alignment are tools that can be applied in every possible yoga asana (pose) to help yogis find the optimal positioning within their own body. Each week, we will explore one or two of the principles and along the way discover a deeper connection to ourselves. Join us in a journey of these five principles as we utilize breath to move our bodies and still our minds in a grounding and heart-opening practice. EVERYBODY is WELCOME! No previous alignment knowledge necessary. Just bring an open heart and an open mind!
