An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Monday, repeating until April 30, 2018
It’s a fun, lead and follow dance format that uses basic to advanced belly dance principles. You learn the combos and cues in a workout that gets your heartrate up, providing the ‘cardio’ experience. You move intentionally with the ‘tribe’ because this is all about dancing together. Because this is a group improvisational format, you just follow the leader instead of having to memorize lots of choreography.
