An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Monday, repeating until November 27, 2017
Workout is no zills and there is no requirement to do all the combos related to a section. It’s a cardio belly dance workout and will be based upon the ability of the attendees. The goal is to lead participants into doing the full Workout over time. Minor instruction, focus on fun. The average person will be able to follow the Core flash mob pieces.
