An event every week that begins at 7:30pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until August 29, 2018
Core is for people that want to start learning CTS. Workout with Zills and we stick to the Workout script, allowing people to learn to recognize and respond to cues. We also start introducing the combos by name. Belly dance vocabulary and technique is taught. Free form lead and follow, along with Core flash mob pieces. People can hang with quite a bit just knowing Core. $40/month or $11 walk-in, Monday at 7:30pm
Dance is by instructor invitation only – you need to already be familiar with the Workout or Core for this class. includes the Dance version of the Workout with the three Dance Flash mobs. Explores the more involved CTS combos along with balance work (basket, sword), Skirt work and CTS choreos. More lead and follow along with introduction to line and full fades. Continuation of learning the names of CTS combos. This class is for people that are looking for more of a dance experience, with opportunities to perform. Still focused on having fun. $40/month or $11 walk-in Wednesday at 7:30pm
