An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday and Thursday, repeating until July 30, 2020

Warrior Flow Yoga incorporates Yoga with light weights. Get stronger by adding weighted exercises to your Yogic practice. We will also focus on strengthening the core thru isolation poses.

So join us for uplifting music, teachings and Yoga with weights.
