New Moon Meditation

Join us under the New Moon for a deeply restorative quest into the inner realm of you through Yoga Nidra. This guided relaxation allows you to access the state between wakefulness and sleep, inducing deep rejuvenation and contemplation. Many say that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 4 hours of sleep, which is why it’s often called the yogic sleep.
Our New Moon Reflections will include gentle asana, a guided Yoga Nidra practice, and as always, a healing gong bath. I’m looking forward to sharing this practice with all of you during the subtle energies of the New Moon and hope you’ll join me for a new experience of profound and blissful rejuvenation each month.
Everybody is welcome, no yoga or meditation experience is required.
